The focus of this Council will be to build support for business education partnerships- allowing businesses and education leaders to make connections, earn from each other, identify common goals and issues.

The Council will identify the following.

  • Identify and connect businesses with education service providers locally to discuss issues affecting business involvement in education.
  • Bring together companies that are interested in working with education leaders on workforce development initiatives.
  • Present best practices, tools and techniques for more effective business and education partnerships.
  •

The Council is designed for a wide range of businesses of interests – from the corporate foundation leaders who invest in K-12 education to colleges / universities to CEO’s interested in the future of business competitiveness, to companies dedicated to the business of education. Partnerships are key to the success of any program, organization, and the community. The Southwest Valley Chamber is happy that so many are willing to partner for the success of our residents, businesses, and communities.
